Two teenage boys aged 14 and 15 have been charged with attempted murder
Two teens have been charged in connection with an incident in Elgin that left a man fighting for her life. A 25-year-old man was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries after being knocked to the ground in the high street area of the town at around 10.45pm on Sunday, April 30.
Officers are now treating the incident as an attempted murder. Two teenage boys aged 14 and 15 have since been arrested in connection. They are expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court at a later date. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. Detective Inspector Andrew Wilson said: “We are very grateful for the support and co-operation of the local community while we carried out our investigation into this incident.”
