Paris Fury speaks out after Tyson Fury reveals he hasn't spoken to his wife in three months due to his training for the upcoming fight against Oleksandr Usyk. Tyson shared that he isolated himself from his family for the fight, but Paris says she understands the sacrifices needed.
Paris Fury has addressed her husband Tyson's recent admission that they have had no communication for months as he gears up for his upcoming fight. The boxer, from Morecambe, is set to face Oleksandr Usyk for the second time in Riyadh on Saturday, December 21, with Usyk's WBC, WBA, and WBO world heavyweight titles on the line. Following his first career defeat at the hands of Usyk in May, the 36-year-old is determined to bounce back.
Usyk, the favourite to win, seized Fury's WBC belt in their previous bout, becoming the first undisputed world heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 2000. In a recent interview with Queensberry Promotions, the dad-of-seven revealed that he has isolated himself from his family, including his wife Paris, to focus on his training. 'I'll end his career, this will be, you'll never hear about Oleksandr Usyk again after this,' he said. Fury also shared that he has not spoken to his wife in three months, saying, 'It's been a long camp, hasn't seen my wife and kids in three months. 'I haven't spoken to at all in three months. Not one word, sacrificed a lot. But it'll all be worth it, 100 percent.' Paris has now shared a clip of Tyson's interview on her Instagram Story and said: 'People don't see the sacrifices made. I've let him solely concentrate on this fight. 'It seems like he's been gone forever, especially with no contact. But if it's what he needs.' It comes after the TV personality and author recently told how she 'made up a lie' to husband Tyson as she suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage. The couple are proud parents to seven children and were preparing to welcome baby number eight into the world. But the 34-year-old wife of the boxing icon has recalled the horrifying moment she found out their unborn baby had 'no heartbeat' during a scan while he was in Saudi Arabia preparing to fight Usyk in May this year. She told OK! magazine: 'I knew I had to make some decisions'
