Everything you need to know after Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk announced a fight that will decide the first undisputed heavyweight world champion since 1999
After months of negotiations that previously ended in frustration, the two men have agreed to meet in the ring to crown the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999. It is a fight that will define both fighters’ legacies and determine who is the best heavyweight of their era.
In the opposite corner, Usyk has already experienced undisputed status in the cruiserweight division, before making his move up to heavyweight. The Ukrainian has developed a habit of defeating British fighters with his most recent win over Daniel Dubois following earlier victories over Anthony Joshua and Derek Chisora.
The fight will be broadcast on TNT Sports Box Office, formerly BT Sport, though pricing is currently unknown.
