'This is the worst I have ever ever seen this airport'
Passengers travelling through Birmingham Airport are facing another day of long queues outside today , with claims suggesting that two people were treated for hypothermia.
Author, Vanessa Heggie, expressed her concern stating: "I understand why the airport social media person has gone into broadcast-only mode rather than actually responding to everyone but the silence from Richard Parker, Birmingham City Council and other local bigwigs is deafening. No accountability. No-one cares.".
"These building works will continue for the foreseeable future as we redevelop the airport, which is part of our planned, and previously announced, £300m investment.”
