BREAKING: UK coronavirus death toll hits 41,481 after another 202 die
coronavirusThe latest figures from the department of health include deaths from all settings, including hospitals and care homes. The number of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 now stands at 292,950.
As of 9am 12 June, there have been 6,434,713 tests, 193,253 of which were carried out yesterday. Today’s announcement follows figures from the Office for National Statistics revealing theof England and Wales compared to the most wealthy. However other data from the independent body shows the mortality rate fell by 50% in all regions apart from the North East and Yorkshire and The Humber between April and May.With Britain’s lockdown now in its 12th week, forcing many businesses to close and send workers home, the economy has taken a serious hit.
