Maps and charts show the snow is expected to hit parts of the UK later this month
The UK is set for a -9C temperature drop with snow expected to strike as November progresses. WX Charts has warned of plummeting temperatures, and maps suggest that some regions could see up to 10cm of snow.
Accompanying the snowfall are anticipated freezing temperatures, which could dip as low as -9C in Scotland and -3C in England. Despite these chilling projections, the Met Office maintains a cautious stance. "Southwestern areas have the greatest chance of maintaining largely dry conditions. Temperatures around average but with a greater chance of mild conditions in the northwest and below average temperatures in the southeast.", reports Birmingham Live.
