While this directly impacts those renewing or signing new contracts, the majority of consumers on existing arrangements may still experience price hikes based on December's inflation rate plus an additional 3.9%. BT, EE, TalkTalk, and Three are among the providers implementing these increases. Customers with other firms, such as O2 and Vodafone, will have to await the publication of January's Retail Price Index (RPI) inflation figures next month to determine their contract price adjustments.
