Angry Brits have swamped the Balaeric Islands amid rising tensions in Majorca.
The Balearic Islands have been flooded with angry protests over British tourism and an influx of holidaymakers from the UK - with the latest taking place just this weekend, on Sunday night, reports Birmingham Live.
"We understand the social concern because the growth that has occurred in volume is very important," said Antoni Costa. María José Aguiló, president of the FEHM, said: "Things must be done with the utmost respect, with order and discipline. We respect civic demonstrations, we condemn vandalism and illegal activities of any kind."
Top news stories today Costa, vice-president of the Balearic government, praised protesters who demonstrated this weekend but the praise was shot down by critics who claimed tourists had WATER thrown over them as tensions ramped up.
