A huge fire has broken out at Maghull Town Hall in Merseyside where witnesses have reported seeing flames rippling from its roof as smoke billows into the sky.
Emergency services are at the scene of a fire in a town hall, where flames are "coming out of its roof", causing smoke which can be seen from miles away.
