Temperatures to plummet to zero tonight in the UK - but there's an Indian summer coming
BRITS could be blasted by near-zero temperatures tonight before balmy 20C conditions set in tomorrow.
Monday's dreary weather was in stark contrast to the weekend as many Brits made their way to the beaches up and down the country as temperatures hit 25C in London and 24C in Southampton. Northern parts will see some rain and drizzle and the nights could get chilly and some morning fog and mist could be present first thing but these will quickly clear away.
"There's a warm front running east to west and temperatures will be rising as the week goes on with Saturday being the warmest day with many southern parts seeing temperatures around 25-26C.
