THE UK will be hit by a deluge of torrential rain this weekend with yellow weather warnings put in place for “local flooding”.
Met Office Meteorologist Alex Deakin said: “For the bulk of England and Wales it’s a dry start and relatively mild. Those temperatures will soon start to climb.“Whereas for the west there will be more clouds and some showers for Northern Ireland as we go into the afternoon.
