Ukraine has urged all states and international organizations to help Ukrainians stop the war as Russia moves to step up invasion.

On March 3, the foreign minister called on the Russian government to stop its “indiscriminate shelling of Ukrainian cities.” The Ukrainian foreign ministry urgently called on the governments of India, Pakistan, China and other counties, whose students have become hostages of the Russian armed aggression in Kharkiv and Sumy, to demand from Moscow that it allows the opening of a humanitarian corridor to other Ukrainian cities.
