Live updates by Jess SharpYesterday, Ukraine's territorial defence force reported blowing up a Russian armoured train carrying troops in the occupied southern city of Melitopol. Sky News was unable to independently verify the claim and it seems Ukrainian officials have now issued conflicting reports about what happened.
Antonio Guterres was speaking at a meeting of world leaders that was held to discuss the escalating food security crisis.
