This video shows a missile hitting a Soviet-era administrative building in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.When paused, the incoming projectile can be seen before it hits the ground and explodes.Earlier, Ukraine's foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba called the Russian attack on Kharkiv"barbaric". He accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of committing war crimes.The United Nations has confirmed 136 civilians have been killed in Ukraine over six days of warfare, including 13 children.
Vadym Prystaiko told the Foreign Affairs Committee he had asked citizens to send in photos of supermarket shelves and water supplies to monitor the food situation. Mr Johnson hailed the Polish people for their"inspirational" effort in coping with the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine. "May I pay tribute to the leadership and courage that is being shown by Volodymyr Zelenskyy. I think he has inspired and mobilised not only his own people but the world in outrage of what has happened."
Meanwhile, the latest estimate of the number of Ukrainians to have entered neighbouring countries since 24 February has now reached 660,000.Boris Johnson has touched down in the Polish capital this morning, where he was greeted by the country's leader Mateusz Morawiecki.
