As we have been reporting, 14 people were injured after a Russian ballistic missile struck a postal depot in the Ukrainian port of Odesa late last night.
In his evening address last night, the president said he was working with a team on the"specific details" of the documents and said some preliminary texts had already been finalised. Russia launched a total of five missiles, 63 airstrikes and 72 multiple launch rocket system attacks on 1 May, targeting positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements, the force said in a statement on Facebook.
Regional governor Oleh Kiper said a large fire broke out after the ballistic missile strike, causing severe damage to what looks like a warehouse. Missiles hit a depot belonging to postal and courier company Nova Poshta, causing a large fire to erupt. The firm said there were no casualties among its staff.
