The website advises: “Pack your drone so that it won’t get damaged on the way, preferably in the same package it was sold in, so we can easily identify it.”
The initial aim is to secure 200 military reconnaissance drones, but this “constitutes a tenth of what we need”, he said. He acknowledged that a model like this would probably be too basic to be of use on the battlefield. “Of course, there are requirements for military drones, in terms of the battery power needed and the flight time.” But he added: “We all understand that this whole country is united under this project when even children send what used to be their toys until a few days ago.”
