Dnipro's deputy mayor Mikhailo Lysenko said in a social media video that desperate residents were sending text messages from their destroyed flats, adding:"We stop our work now and then to keep silence, and we hear people scream from underneath the rubble."Saturday's flurry of Russian strikes also hit critical infrastructure in several major cities: in Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital; Kharkiv in the east; and Lviv in the west.
