Putin signs decree to take temporary control over foreign assets in Russia
The decree declares that the temporary management of assets can only be reversed, if President Putin decides to do so. But, US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, said there were"significant legal obstacles" to confiscating these major frozen assets.Sergei Lavrov has warned the European Union is"becoming militarised at a record rate" and that there is"very little" difference between the EU and NATO.
