Prigozhin in Russia and not in Belarus, Lukashenko confirmsMr Lukashenko said the Wagner Group leader is in Russia and"may" be in St Petersburg or Moscow, but definitely not on"the territory of Belarus".

"In this regard, any comparison between ZNPP and Chernobyl or Fukushima is both inaccurate and misleading," it said. The International Atomic Energy Agency has requested access to reactors three and four of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, stating it is"essential" it is allowed to inspect them. The IAEA last carried out an inspection of the plant on Friday but has not had personnel on site since.

These pictures show the devastation caused by the strike, which reportedly destroyed over 50 apartment buildings. Ukraine and Russia have both killed civilians with cluster munitions during their conflict and should stop using them, an international advocacy group has said.
