BREAKING: Russian authorities say drone caused explosion that injured three people in Russia's Tula region 📺 Sky 501, Virgin 602, Freeview 233 and YouTube
An explosion that injured two people and created a crater in the centre of the town of Kireyevsk in Russia's Tula region was caused by a drone, the TASS news agency quoted law enforcement as saying.
He claimed that"the United States has been doing this for decades" adding that:"We agreed that we would do the same without violating the terms of the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons treaty."Marina Ovsyannikova said the International Criminal Court's decision to issue an arrest warrant for President Vladimir Putin has given her"some sort of hope" that resistance might be sparked within the Russia’s elite.
"I also have Ukrainian roots, my father is from Ukraine. At one point it was like a huge emotional outburst, I didn't care what would happen to me." Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council, tweeted on Sunday that Mr Putin's announcement was"a step towards internal destabilisation" of Belarus that maximised"the level of negative perception and public rejection" of Russia and Mr Putin in Belarusian society.Russia plans to maintain control over the ones it sends to Belarus, and construction of storage facilities for them would be completed by 1 July, Putin said.
