Una Healy has revealed she experienced 'nightmares' and 'aftershocks' following her participation in Celebrity Bear Hunt. The 43-year-old singer, known for her time in The Saturdays, shared her struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder ( PTSD ) after the grueling Netflix show, which has been dubbed 'I'm A Celebrity on steroids'.\The series saw 12 celebrities dropped into the Costa Rican jungle to battle extreme conditions and the elements.
While praising the aftercare provided by the show's producers and Bear Grylls himself, who offered tips on readjusting to everyday life, Una admitted to experiencing a mild form of PTSD. She explained that the transition back to normalcy after such an intense experience was natural, as she had adapted to a completely different way of life.
