A TikTok travel guru has shared the 'underrated' holiday destination with stunning blue waters that she says is '10 out of 10' - and it's perfect for anyone hoping to getaway on a budget this summer
An influencer who has journeyed through Thailand, Iceland, and various other countries has rated a European treasure as a '10 out of 10'. Dreaming of the ideal getaway might conjure images of exploring the ancient Acropolis in Athens or lounging on Ibiza's sun-kissed shores.
On her TikTok account , she shared: "Malta is by far the most underrated country I think I've ever visited. This is why you need to put it on your 2024 travel list."She provided a breakdown of expenses: "A quick cost breakdown - we paid just over £400 each, five nights in Solana Hotel and spa. That included flights, accommodation, breakfast, baggage and transfers... So, here's a couple of things that I would not miss out if you're heading to Malta this year.
However, Hannah first recommends exploring the walled capital of Valetta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for being 'one of the most concentrated historic areas in the world'. Hannah shared: "Please just spend a day in Valetta roaming around, street dining, going to the boutique shops, wandering in and out of the gardens, seeing the cannons being fired at the saluting battery and checking out the harbour front.
Though less populated than Malta's bustling capital, the island of Gozo boasts its own array of attractions. Hannah's boat excursion here cost her just £29, and she described it as her 'favourite day'.
