Police have issued an emergency declaration and closed off streets in Brisbane due to an unfolding incident, as residents are warned to stay inside and lock their doors.
The declaration was made in Oxley at about 1.50pm on Wednesday as boundaries were established around Portal St, Dowding St and Greenview St.
