Developers wanted to remove a restriction which currently stops the proposed apartments in North Road from being rented out out for longer than 90 days 🏙️
But planning officers are set to urge councillors to reject the proposals for amending the condition on occupancy for 121 serviced apartments in the new block and the five new apartments that would be part of a refurbished Unicorn pub which is grade-II listed.
