The hometown businessman is one of the club's biggest off field backers.
Brian O’Neil has been a businessman in the town for almost 30 years, heading up the successful O’Neil Gas division.
Brian, whose company logo adorns the back of the home shirts, said: “As a fan who’s been coming here all my life, I can confidently say these are really positive times. “I really feel there’s a difference about the club just now – I’ve met David a few times and first and foremost he’s a good businessman.
“My company is based in Ayr and I know what work the club is doing within the community and how important that is.Brian’s firm initially won their home shirt branding at last season’s sponsor draw. But so delighted were they with the exposure that a deal was struck to make the agreement permanent.
