Here are the University of Salford's current and future trimester dates
For freshers, it's an exciting time as many get to know a new city - and for some, a new country - as they settle into their courses. Greater Manchester is home to some 120,000 students and boasts one of the largest student populations in Europe.
Our region has a number of universities, including the University of Salford. Each year, early arrivals are usually welcome to settle in before September's Induction Week gets started.Then, students are eased into their new courses for 12 weeks before the arrival of a much-anticipated Christmas break.
Here are the University of Salford trimester dates for 2022 to 2023 - including Induction Week, the Christmas break, inter-trimester breaks and the Easter break.Academic year 2023-2024 Trimester one - September 18 until December 17Easter break - March 25 until April 14Winter graduation - Week commencing November 27
