Emergency services are at the scene. A tweet by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service stated: "We are currently in attendance at an RTC on Main Road, Elton on the Hill. The A52 is closed in both ways causing delays.

"Please avoid the area whilst we deal with this incident, and leave plenty of time for your journey. Thank you."
