Ruby Webb has links to Blackpool, Preston, Chorley, Leyland and Manchester
Ruby Webb was last seen at 1.20am on Saturday, November 4. The 17-year-old has not been seen or heard from since.
Officers have now launched an appeal for help to find the 17-year-old who has links to Blackpool, Preston, Chorley, Leyland and Manchester. She is described as 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build, with blonde/brown hair, brown eyes and has both sides of her nose pierced.Police said the teenager was last seen wearing a black puffer coat, black tracksuit bottoms, black pumps and carrying a black duffle bag with ‘USC’ written on it.
A Blackpool Police spokesperson said: "We would like your help to find Ruby Webb, 17, who is missing from Blackpool. Ruby was last seen at 1.20am on Saturday . "She is 5ft 9, of slim build, with blonde/brown hair, brown eyes and has both sides of her nose pierced. Ruby was last seen wearing a black puffer coat, black tracksuit bottoms, black pumps and carrying a black duffle bag with ‘USC’ written on it.
"As well as Blackpool, she has links to Leyland, Preston, Chorley and Manchester. Immediate sightings of Ruby, please call 999 or email [email protected], quoting log 0005 of November 5, 2023."
