Police have now launched a frantic search for the 47-year-old as concern mounts for his welfare. "We are appealing to James to get in touch and let us know he is safe and well. We are also asking anyone who might have seen him or know where he is to please contact us." Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 2421 of Friday, 22 March 2024.
