The Met Office has issued a severe weather warning as snow and ice will hit parts of the UK for the next three days.A yellow warning has been issued in north Scotland - including Inverness - that icy surfaces could cause treacherous walking conditions and there could be some icy patches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
