Donald Trump is finally up to speak in Florida - an hour and 20 minutes after he was due to appear. He's greeted by chants of 'USA, USA, USA.''I want to start by saying it's going very well - there are some bad spots in Pennsylvania where some serious things have been caught or in the process of being caught... but we're leading, I believe, in all seven swing states,' he says.
