Former Head of the British Army Richard Dannatt says the anonymous US General’s comments on the weakening of the British military is not “far away to the mark”.
“Well the anonymous American General isn’t actually far away to the mark, because Ben Wallace and James Heappey the ministry for the armed forces have both acknowledged,” he told Sky News host Piers Morgan.
