The local government said that the vaccination appointments for the said age group will continue once the additional supply of Pfizer vaccines from the national government is delivered to the city.
The Valenzuela City government announced on Sunday, Feb. 14, that the COVID-19 vaccination for children aged 5 to 11 will temporarily be suspended starting on Tuesday, Feb. 15.
It added that the first and second dose vaccination for minors ages 12-17 and adults will resume as scheduled.
