CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio—The Valley Art Center will unveil its public art poster project May 31 to improve the view of the Main Street Bridge construction. Eight independent eight-foot posters will be installed on a chain link fence in Riverside Park that cordons off the work site from pedestrians. The posters were designed by area artists and chosen by voters in the community. Seven were selected by the public and the eighth was designed by mural artist Pam Spremuli.
Introductory classes for adults are offered Saturdays June 15 and July 20, Wednesday, Aug. 14 and Friday, Sept.20. Instruction dates for families, including an adult are Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 15, Tuesday, July 16, Saturday, July 20 and Thursday, Sept. 26. Kids classes are Saturday July 27 and Wednesday, Aug. 28. Archery for scouts age 12-16 is offered Saturday, June 22 and home school families is Friday, Sept. 13.
