A chip shop with more than the usual cod, sausages and pies will be opening in Eastwood . The menu will also have a wide vegan selection with options such as banana blossom, mock scampi, and meat-free nuggets and sausages.
Overall it will be the fourth site, joining branches in Leek and Loughborough plus the Woodthorpe shop at a busy location in Mansfield Road. Andrew Constantinou, the former owner of George's Tradition, and his son Nik are behind the business.They have not revealed the exact location in the town but have posted photographs on Facebook of conversion work at the premises. An opening date has yet to be announced.
