BBC Radio 2 presenter Vernon Kay confessed that he often got 'shouted at' by his family for not showing enough care when they are unwell, despite being treated 'like a King'
BBC Radio 2's Vernon Kay has let listeners into his home life, revealing that when he's feeling under the weather, his wife Tess Daly and their lovely daughters make him feel like royalty. "I've got to say that when I am poorly, they treat me like a King my girls, they really do," he gushed on Tuesday.
True to form, Vernon expressed his routine apologies for the one-way caretaking with a cheery: "You know, I apologise on a regular basis, so yeah, there you go, they really do look after me." Zoe was quick to retort: "Oh, you're a lucky man! Living the dream Vernon Kay, honestly." Love definitely seems to be standing the test of time, as Vernon and Tess celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary last year, after tying the knot in Horwich in 2003.
