In it, her lawyer Roberta Kaplan, argued that Trump’s comments proved he was “undeterred by the jury’s verdict” and had persisted in defaming her client yet again. CNN drew in 2.3 million primetime viewers during the broadcast but shed most of that audience the following evening when only 538,000 primetime viewers tuned in.
