Vicky Pattison admits she's 'spotty and pale' in real life as she ditches hair extensions and fake tan
VICKY Pattison's social media is usually picture-perfect, with glamorous selfies and a glimpse into her seemingly star-studded life.
"People can be fighting personal battles that we know nothing about, people struggle, people hurt and too much this all happens in silence," Vicky wrote. Her caption read: "I was scrolling through my Instagram earlier and I was disappointed with what I saw. "And makeup, hair extensions, tan and nails are a big part of who I am- but they aren’t my reality - not most of the time anyway.
