Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison admitted she used to be 'cruel' to herself as she showed off her body transformation in a series of candid photographs on Instagram
Vicky Pattison shared a candid post about her fitness journey and body transformation, featuring side-by-side images of herself at different stages in her life. The former Geordie Shore star, 36, who tied the knot with Ercan Ramadan over the weekend, took to Instagram, where she posted three separate photos, two of which showed her body in the past, including one where she was noticeably thinner.
In her heartfelt post, Vicky confessed that she used to be "cruel" to herself when she was at different weights. Reflecting on her body's ups and downs, the TV star wrote: "I used to be cruel to the girl in the first photo... I let her eat what she wanted but I constantly berated her. Called her names and made her feel worthless. Just because of a number on a scale."
Vicky concluded her post by noting that at either end of the extreme, she was left feeling "unhappy". She also admitted to struggling with "anxiety" and "disordered eating" during these periods. "And even though I'd like to think I've changed and I'm in a better place now- these pictures always serve as a stark reminder of what I put myself through. And what I don't want other women to put themselves through."
