They had to remove everything they'd put in place to squeeze the rug in but once that was done, the couple were able to gush over their achievement. Elsewhere Vicky had decorated the balcony with a string of lights as well as different lanterns that held candles inside.The end result was a striking difference to how the balcony had been before, which had just a single table and two chairs and wooden flooring.
