Names and pictures of the victims of a fatal plane crash in South Korea have been released, including a three-year-old boy who was the youngest to perish. The Jeju Air plane skidded off the runway at Muan airport before bursting into flames on Sunday. Almost all of the 181 people on board were killed, with only two crew members surviving. The youngest victim, who was returning home from a holiday with his parents, had his first passport and shared pictures of his trip on Instagram just days before the tragedy.
