Victims threatened and mobiles stolen in terrifying robberies in Manchester city centre
Victims were threatened and had their mobile phones stolen in two terrifying robberies in Manchester city centre. The two incidents were reported just over ten minutes apart at around 11.50pm on February 12.
Police said the first personal robbery occurred outside a business on Fountain Street in Manchester city centre. Around 11 minutes later outside a building on Great Ancoats Street, a further personal robbery took place. In both incidents, the victims were threatened and had their mobile phones taken from them, with police now trying to identify the man pictured who they believe could help with their investigation.Anyone with any information about the robberies, including dashcam or CCTV footage from the area, or witnesses, are asked to contact Greater Manchester Police.
