Manchester-based collective Girls on Film will be taking over the historic baths for one night only
Once hailed as ‘Manchester’s water palace’, the Grade II*-listed Victoria Baths is now going to temporarily become a haunted haven as it is transformed into a haunting silent disco for Halloween.
The event will feature three DJs - including special guests THT GRL and DJ MX WORLD - for guests to pick their spooky soundtrack from 80s and 90s throwbacks to 00s bangers.The halls of the historic building will be transformed into a ‘wicked wonderland’ of Halloween decorations and surprises, with plenty of photo opportunities along the way. There will also be a bar serving spirits, chasers, ‘specially conjured’ cocktails, craft beers and mocktails.
A spokesperson for the event said: “For the first time ever, Victoria Baths will bring you all the thrills of Halloween with a spooktacular silent disco. The Silence of the Baths will set your heart racing and send tingles running down your spine with a takeover by legendary Girls on Film plus special guests THT GRL and DJ MX WORLD.
