Victoria Beckham has signed a lucrative deal with Netflix for a mini-series about her life, but has not asked her former Spice Girl bandmates to be part of the project
The fashion icon, who made her mark as Posh Spice, will star in her very own mini series produced by none other than her hubby David Beckham 's outfit, Studio 99. But in a shock twist, Victoria hasn't yet extended an invite to the rest of the Spice crew to appear on the show.
Now, there are concerns that their endeavour might be on hold again due to Victoria's busy schedule. A source told the Mirror: "The girls have been trying to get a deal going for several years, but it never could get over the line. Now Victoria has her own project about her own world, family and experiences.
Our source added: "For Victoria, having her own show allows her to be the only voice addressing every moment in her life and all the Spice Girls' highs and lows. "And then the greater question is whether the docu-series will reignite interest in a Spice Girls documentary, whether Victoria will participate or prompt demand for a live show comeback."
