San Antonio police are looking for a couple who assaulted the security officer, punching him, scratching his face and causing a concussion.

San Antonio police are looking for a couple who assaulted a security officer at a Mexican restaurant. On Dec. 2, an unidentified man and woman were allegedly causing a disturbance at Rocky’s Taco House on Dollarhide Avenue on the Southeast Side. A security officer began escorting them out of the restaurant when they started attacking him.

woman hit a man with her vehicle when he confronted her over mail theft, police say released video footage from the incident, which shows the security officer on the ground trying to detain the man near the restaurant’s exit. While the officer was dealing with the man, the woman entered the restaurant again, jumped on the officer’s back and scratched his eyes. The officer released the man, who then started punching the officer, who was now on the floor. The video shows the officer with visible scratch marks and facial swelling.

said if anyone has information about the identity of the couple in the video, to call the homicide unit at 210-207-7635. Callers will remain anonymous.
