After a dominant 28-6 victory over the New York Giants, the Minnesota Vikings are looking to carry the momentum against the San Francisco 49ers.However, it looks like they'll have to do it without their star wide receiver.According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Justin Jefferson, a star wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, has been helped off the field with an apparent leg injury.Jefferson wasn't the only player hurt on the play.
In his rookie season, Jefferson made 88 receptions for 1,400 yards and seven touchdowns.That year, Jefferson came second behind Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert for Offensive Rookie of the Year. He was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team, the Pro Bowl, and second-team All-Pro.After a breakout rookie year, Jefferson came back even better, making 108 receptions for 1,616 yards and 10 touchdowns. He was once again named to the Pro Bowl and second-team All-Pro.
