It will be used for solar panels on its clubhouse, new flooring and seating and decking
A Ribble Valley village football club has received £35,000 grant to upgrade it as a community facility. Hurst Green Football Club netted the cash from the Government’s Rural England Prosperity Fund.
It also offers training opportunities for boys aged over 16 and has ambitious plans to set up junior teams for boys and girls in partnership with local primary schools.
