'We’re blessed with a peaceful environment'
Described as ‘the perfect place to live when the sun's out’, people have nothing but positive things to say about Attenborough. From the independent businesses to the Attenborough Nature Reserve, those who have lived in the area for years love the ‘peaceful’ village.
Betty said: “I love living around here. It’s mostly quiet, people are respectful and it’s the perfect place to live when the sun’s out. Betty continued: “There are lots of dog walkers around Attenborough and the nature reserve attracts many people too.” Alan Prichard, 75, knows the Attenborough area well. Now retired, he said: “There's little trouble area here but I can’t understand why it isn’t popular with outsiders.”
