A violent yob has been banned from entering a Nottinghamshire estate that he plagued for around a year. Rocky Price, 20, has been banished from the Yorke Drive estate and Strawberry Hall Lane in Newark , after terrifying residents through his criminal activities and antisocial behaviour.
He could then be sent to prison for up to two years and/or fined. Further terms of the order include not to engage in any behaviour that causes or likely to cause nuisance, alarm, or distress to others and to refrain from being abusive or threatening to others. The injunction followed the closure of four homes over alleged incidents of drug related activities and general anti-social behaviour from inside them. A closure order makes it an offence to enter or remain inside a building that is being used in anti-social behaviour, making it punishable by a fine or imprisonment or both.
