Chulo's Cookies are known for their chunky stuffed cookies that have earned the bakers thousands of followers on Instagram.
Started by partners Rebecca Patterson and Jordan Rankin in March 2021, the pair opened their first shop on Argyle Street less than a year ago. After their incredible success, Chulo’s Cookies is ready to take it to the next level by opening a shop in the capital. The owners wrote on Instagram: “Eight months after we’ve opened Argyle Street and we’re ready to do it all over again.The new location will be at 22 Raeburn Place in Edinburgh.
